A) Scope / Parties

These Terms apply to business customers only (B2B). Consumers are excluded.

Brand: Quantilead is a trading name / brand. All contracts are concluded with Andrés Kiesel as the service provider.

B) Service Description

Quantilead provides business contact data lists for outbound marketing and market entry purposes.

What we provide:

• Delivery format: CSV/XLSX files
• Delivery time: Typically within 24–48 hours after confirmation and payment
• Data fields: Company name, email address, phone number, location (city, emirate), industry, company rating (where available)
• Email verification: Email addresses are verified via NeverBounce (technical existence check only)

What we do NOT provide:

• No exclusivity: Data lists may be sold to multiple customers
• No appointment setting: We provide contact data only, not appointment booking services
• No "warm leads": We provide public business contact data, not pre-qualified or pre-contacted leads
• No sales guarantee: We do not guarantee response rates, conversions, or sales outcomes

C) Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Plans:

• 1 Month: Monthly subscription, renews automatically each month
• 6 Months: Minimum term of 6 months, then continues monthly at the then-current standard monthly price
• 12 Months: Minimum term of 12 months, then continues monthly at the then-current standard monthly price

Billing and Renewal:

• All plans are subscriptions with automatic renewal
• After the minimum term (6 or 12 months), the subscription continues monthly at the then-current standard monthly price
• Cancellation requires 30 days notice before the next billing cycle
• Cancellation can be requested via /cancel.html or by email to info@quantilead.com
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Payment:

• Payments are collected via card (Stripe) and/or PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
• For B2B transactions with VAT-registered companies, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply

Cancellation & Notice Period

D) Acceptable Use

You are responsible for:

• Compliant use of the contact data for your outreach campaigns
• Compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• Compliance with email marketing laws and regulations (including opt-out requirements, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Obtaining any necessary consents or permissions for your marketing activities

Prohibited uses:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Resale or redistribution of the data lists to third parties (unless explicitly agreed)
• Use of the data in violation of applicable laws

F) Liability

Service Quality:

• We provide contact data based on publicly available sources
• While we verify email addresses via NeverBounce, we do not guarantee deliverability, response rates, or campaign outcomes
• Data quality depends on the filters you select (emirate, industry, rating, quantity)

Liability Limitations:

• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Our liability for damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for campaign outcomes, conversion rates, or business results

F) Governing Law / Jurisdiction

Governing Law: German law applies to these Terms and Conditions.

Jurisdiction: Place of jurisdiction is Dortmund, Germany.
